How often do you release new themed bags?
New busy bag themes go out once a month to all subscribers. You must subscribe by the fifth of the month to get that month's theme. Sometimes, we will do a special themed release and we'll let you know on social and email, so be sure you subscribe!
Why should I subscribe?
Subscribers get our newest themes every month for up to 20% off, as well as free shipping on any additional products they'd like shipped with their monthly subscriptions.
What is your shipping policy?
Busy Bags and other purchases:
We make every effort to get your purchases to your door as soon as possible. Most items ship within 1-2 business days.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions will ship on the 5th of each month for all orders placed by the last day of the previous month. Orders placed between the 1st and the 5th will ship late or be substituted another box if the current month is sold out. Orders placed on the 6th or later will be fulfilled in the next month's shipment.
Example:
- Subscription orders placed August 9 - August 31 will ship on September 5th.
- Subscription orders placed September 1 - September 5 will ship later (after September 5th) or will be substituted with a box in inventory if September boxes are sold out.
- Subscription orders placed after September 6 will ship October 5th.
Do you accept returns?
All purchases are final unless products arrive damaged or missing. In this event, busy bébés will immediately send a replacement to you at no additional charge. Contact us at busybebesatx@gmail.com.
What is the cancellation policy for subscriptions?
There is no minimum monthly subscription. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Prepaid subscriptions may be canceled at the end of the corresponding 3 month/6month term. Please email us at busybebesatx@gmail.com if you need to cancel a subscription.
